First night in Brookhaven

Jobs, houses, and a radio that actually plays.

Claim a house close to a job you will actually do. The city is large only if you make it large.

Run one job loop, buy one cosmetic you like, ignore the rest of the shop.

Paste a music ID from the GRINDEX list into a radio. If it plays, you are done. If it does not, try the next one. Do not go fishing in YouTube comments.
